The value for money at Porta 20 Boutique Guesthouse was excellent, with a spotlessly clean and comfortable room that had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with a quiet area near the river but still within walking distance to everything. The staff, especially Mariana, were incredibly kind and responsive, making our stay truly exceptional.

One small improvement that could be made to the breakfast items is the addition of a toaster.

Very nice breakfast, clean and fresh sheets and towels every day, luxurious and spacious room, beautiful bed decoration, excellent communication with the hotel administration, excellent services. I enjoyed my stay there and I definitely recommend it.

This place is conveniently located near a charming museum, the bus station, and the city center.

Staying at this guesthouse was a very pleasant experience. the location was very convenient, as it was close to the city centre where my event was taking place. the rooms were modern and well-appointed, with luxurious bedding and very efficient showers. the breakfasts were delicious and included a variety of fresh pastries, cheeses, and fruits. the small kitchens made it easy to prepare quick meals. the hosts were very kind and accommodating, providing free cribs and catering to various food intolerances.

There were some minor noise issues, which were especially noticeable in the morning when people could be heard walking around in the rooms above.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, so close to the city centre and just a short distance from the place of my event. The staff, especially Francisca, were incredibly kind and helpful, even going the extra mile to assist me late at night. The room was beautiful, clean, and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette. The attention to detail was impressive, with the space at its very capacity. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, enough to satisfy two people.

Recently stayed at Porta 20 Guesthouse for a short business trip. Tatiana was incredibly responsive and sorted out a mixup with the dates. The decor was lovely, and the room was clean and spacious. The free upgrade to a bigger room was a nice surprise. The option to cook inside the room was a great plus, and the ventilation and heating were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to our door. a cozy and convenient stay with a great host.
